A place of assistance, help, congeniality, a safe place for children. Helpful to the point of extreme. The satellite branches make it easy for people all over the county — convenient, outreach.

The special programs for youth and adults are very good — so much positive you can say about the library — the Preble County District Library has it all! I enjoy coming in to sit and read the newspaper. Jewel of the county!
