It is with great pleasure I submit this letter in strong support of the Preble County Mental Health and Recovery Board placing on the ballot a replacement levy supporting mental health and substance services for Preble County in November. These dollars have been well utilized and helped hundreds of individuals in Preble County in need of service over time. Now, more than ever, treatment dollars are needed to aid the community and provide quality care.

Samaritan Behavioral Health Inc. (SBH) is a large, multi-county community behavioral health organization that has been in existence for over 50 years. We have been a part of Preble County since 1999. We provide both substance services and mental health services and have many longstanding partnerships with other community organizations and systems, many of whom are reliant on the levy to continue to operate.

Thank you for allowing me to express my support and appreciation of how the levy dollars are truly essential to services and we look forward to being part of the solution and answers to community need in the future.
