The last day letters related to the Nov. 7, general election will be published is Saturday, Oct. 28.

No election-related letters will be published the week prior to the election (Nov. 1 and Nov. 4.) Advertising can be purchased for those days if you wish. Deadline for advertising for Wednesday, Nov. 1, will be Friday, Oct. 27 at 3 p.m. Deadline to purchase ads for Nov. 4, is Wednesday, Nov. 1, at 1 p.m.

We will not accept letter writing campaigns with bulk letters turned in at one time by one person who has “collected” them. All letters must be submitted by the author and MUST include the following: name, address and phone number. Phone number will not be published.

All letters must be typed. Text documents attached to an email or letters written directly into the body of an email are preferred. PDFs and hand written letters will not be accepted. Election-related letters should be kept to a maximum of 300 words.
