EATON — The Preble County Stingrays are once again inviting the public to participate in their annual Breast Strokes for Breast Cancer Campaign on June 30. Held every year during the Preble County Invitational Swim Meet, the campaign seeks to increase public awareness and to raise money to fund research and local programs. To date the Stingrays have raised over $6,000 to battle breast cancer.
Businesses and individuals are invited to sponsor a breast stroke event in honor or memory of a loved one who has battled this deadly disease. Sponsorship’s start at $25.00 and are tax deductible. The money will be presented to the Susan G. Komen foundation at the close of the swim season.
Anyone who would like to participate should contact Lori Chapin by June 25, at 937-903-9799 or email@example.com. Remember — you too can help make a difference.
