LEWISBURG — National Trail High School’s co-ed varsity track team finished in second place at the recent Tri-County North tri-meet, beating the host Panthers.

The NT boys track team scored 63 points to take second place The NT girls track team scored 36 points to take third place.

Bethel High School won the event, with 325 points. North received 183 points.

Scoring in the field events for the boys were: Lane Hurd 3rd place shot put (29’7”), Jesse Biser 4th place discus (95’5”), Levi Moreland 2nd place pole vault (9’6”), CJ Wing 3rd place pole vault (7’), Josh Bishop 3rd place high jump (5’2”), Adam Eyler 4th place high jump (5’.)

Scoring for the girls field events were: Madison Miller 1st place shot put (22’2”), Cheyenne Gillett 3rd place shot put (21’3”) and 3rd place discus (65’5”).

Scoring for the boys running events were: 4×100 team 2nd place in 57.08, 4×400 relay team 1st in 4:04.71, 4×800 team in 1st place in 9:47.22, 110m High Hurdles: Austin Green 2nd (19.9), Bryten Jones 4th (20.77), 100m dash: Josh Cook 2nd (12.36), 400m dash: Josh Bishop 1st (58.4), Nick Wellman 2nd (59.93), 300m Hurdles: Ian Miller 1st (47.61), Jesse Biser 2nd (48.33), Lane Unger 3rd (52.86), 1600m: Lane Unger 2nd (5:12.09), Adam Eyler 3rd (5:16.41), 3200m: Lane Unger 2nd (12:10.1), 800m: Adam Eyler 2nd (2:25.13), Josh Bishop 4th (2:30.34).
