LIBERTY, INDIANA — Preble Shawnee’s golf team lost a home match, 220-203, to the Dixie Greyhounds, at the Liberty Country Club on Thursday, Sept. 1.
Low medalist for Dixie was Seth Stephens with a 44, while the low medalist for Preble Shawnee was Michael Fritts with a 46.
Other Shawnee scores included: Jordan Dobbins, 57; Luke Woddard, 58; Craig Doty, 59; Dakota Keeler, 63 and Jarod Barnes, 74.
“The kids are gaining confidence and improving the score,” said coach Roy Lucas. “They are getting better and better.”
