BROOKVILLE — Eaton’s boys soccer team rebounded from two straight losses to beat host Brookville, 2-1, on Tuesday, Sept. 13.

After falling behind 1-0, the Eagles rallied for two goals to improve their record to 4-3 overall and 3-2 in the Southwestern Buckeye League Southwestern Division.

Brookville scored first on a goal from Cody Puskas to give the Blue Devils and early lead. But Eaton responded as senior midfielder Danny Howard tied the score up with assist from James Howard. The brothers teamed up once again for the winning goal, with James scoring the final goal, assisted by Danny.

On Monday, Sept. 12, the Eagles completed their game against Oawkood and suffered a 4-0 loss. The game was originally scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 8, but was postponed 16 minutes into the contest due to inclement weather.

Eaton will play next on Saturday, Sept. 17, at Greenville.
