LIBERTY, INDIANA — Preble Shawnee’s golf team lost to Valley View, 197-229, in a non-league match on Monday, Sept. 26.

Low score for Preble Shawnee was Michael Fritts, who carded a 49, while medalists for Valley View was Matt Whisman and Ben Heff, each with a 45.

For Shawnee, Luke Woodard shot a 52, Jordan Dobbins and Gabby Batsche, 63, Craig Doty a 65, and Jarod Barnes a 68

This was the final match of the 2016 season for the Arrows, who will now look to the postseason. The Division II Sectional tournament was scheduled to be held at Pipestone Golf Course on Wednesday, Sept. 28.
