TVS beats TCN, prepares for sectionals

WEST ALEXANDRIA — Twin Valley South’s boys soccer team shut out Tri-County North, 5-0, in the teams’ annual rivalry game, Monday, Oct. 10.

Jacob Denlinger, Jacob Wells, Bryant Marker, Travis Lovely, and Jesse Woods each scored a goal for South. Bryant Marker had two assists, and Daniel Page also had an assist.

South was scheduled to finish out the regular season on Thursday, Oct. 13, against Bethel. They are scheduled to begin their quest for the state championship in the Division III Dayton 1 sectional tournament at Legacy Christian Academy, on Monday, Oct. 17.
