Fall sports kick off with golf

The fall sports season began Monday, Aug. 8, with the Preble County Golf Tournament held at the Eaton Country Club. All five county schools took part in the tournament, which was won by Tri-County North. Tennis is scheduled to begin next week, while cross country, volleyball, soccer and football are scheduled to begin their respective regular seasons within the next two weeks.
