OXFORD —The Oxford Police Division filed the following recent incident reports:

Tuesday, Feb. 21 — Victim reported while parked in her driveway at 507 Beech Street, someone entered her vehicle sometime during the night time hours, going through her purse and taking her wallet and all the belongings inside it. Victim reported at vehicle was unlocked at the time.

Tuesday, Feb. 21 — Officer was dispatched to 123 North Beech Street on a report of a theft of vehicle, a Tonneau cover for a Chevrolet Avalanche.

Tuesday, Feb. 21 — Victim stated after an argument with an unwanted person who refused to leave, he stated that he was going to call the police. When he attempted to go inside his house to do so, the unwanted suspect grabbed his phone and cigarettes and fled on foot. An attempt was made to locate the suspect, but was unsuccessful. The suspect was identified by the victim and is still under investigation at this time.

Wednesday, Feb. 22 — Received a walk — in to the police station for a report of a theft from a vehicle at 1 Miami Commons. Victim stated sometime over the night, someone got into his vehicle and stole his GPS and sunglasses. Unknown suspect at this time.

Wednesday, Feb. 22 — The Talawanda High School administration reported a written threat discovered in a restroom. Multiple jurisdictions responded to assist. Nothing suspicious was located. After an investigation, a student was arrested and charged with ‘Inducing Panic’.

Wednesday, Feb. 22 — A report regarding theft from a motor vehicle was taken on Feb. 22. The victim came into the Oxford Police Department and made a report. The victim stated that the event occurred sometime in the night hours of Feb. 21 in the 200 block of N. Elm. At this time, no further suspect information is available.

Wednesday, Feb. 22 — A resident of Miami Commons reported that sometime overnight, an unknown person entered her locked vehicle and stole her wallet.

Thursday, Feb. 23 — Complainant forgot to secure his truck bed overnight outside his residence and when he returned, several items totaling approximately $700 were missing.

Thursday, Feb. 23 — A local resident reported that someone loosened the lug nuts on his truck. He discovered this after his wheel and lugs had been damaged.

Friday, Jan. 24 — Officers were flagged down by local bar employees for a highly intoxicated male causing problems and harassing people on the sidewalk. After talking to the man and identifying him, he suddenly fled on foot for approximately 1 block before running into a fence and being apprehended. He was charged and transported to Butler County Jail.

Friday, Jan. 24 — Subject was observed running with a thermal pizza bag. The bag was stolen from 45 East Bar, which contained three pizzas.

Friday, Jan. 24 — A local hospital reported that several pieces of kitchen equipment were taken from the loading dock. There is evidence to suggest a suspect and further investigation is being conducted.

Friday, Jan. 24 — A male was discovered laying on the curb on S. College Ave. He was found to be intoxicated and presented a fictitious driver’s license to officer. When his identity was determined, he was found to be under the age of 21 years old. He was charged for the offenses and released to friends.

Saturday, Jan. 25 — Victim stated that someone threw objects through three of their windows at their residence.

Saturday, Jan. 25 — A male was found intoxicated under the age of 21 years old. He was also found to be in possession of the driver’s license of his brother who is over the age of 21.

Saturday, Jan. 25 — An underage male subject was found to be highly intoxicated and vomiting in the alley across from the Police Dept. He could not stand, could not identify where he lived, and had no shoes. He was taken to the ER for treatment. He was issued summons for violations at the hospital and released to hospital staff for monitored care.

Saturday, Jan. 25 — A male reported he was assaulted near 1 W High Street,

Saturday, Jan. 25 — Victim reported she is being harassed at her place of work by a male and female who she currently has pending charges against in Liberty, Indiana. Victim stated the suspects called her place of work multiple times attempting to get her in trouble.

Sunday, Jan. 26 — Complainant parked his vehicle for several hours at an apartment complex. When he returned hours later, his bike rack which attached to the roof of his vehicle was stolen.

Sunday, Jan. 26 — Three individuals were kicked out of a bar for their intoxicated behavior. The three individuals started a fight with employees and one of the individuals suffered unknown injuries. One individual was transported to MHMH and later Air Cared.

Sunday, Jan. 26 — A vehicle was stopped for failure to stop at a stop sign. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol and driver’s license suspension.

Sunday, Jan. 26 — Juvenile cited with “Unruly” after an argument with his grandmother. Juvenile became angry, striking a wall with his fist, causing damage by putting a hole in the wall.

Sunday, Jan. 26 — Officers responded to the 300 Block of N. Campus for a report of a stolen license plate.

Monday, Jan. 27 — A male was arrested on a warrant for child support.
