EATON — A Preble County grand jury issued the following indictments during a Monday, June 1, session:

Ricky J. Maddox, at large, receiving stolen property, grand theft of a motor vehicle and failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer; Phillip R. Rehmert, 301 East Cherry Street, New Paris, tampering with evidence, failure to stop after an accident (four counts;) Gary L. Mullins, 301 East Cherry Street, New Paris, felonious assault with two specifications and improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation or a school safety zone with two specifications.
