NEW PARIS — The “Gathering of the Pans” National Trail Steel Band Festival will begin at 7 p.m. Saturday, April 6, at National Trail High School gym, 6940 Oxford-Gettysburg Road, New Paris.

West Alexandria hosts Ole Fashioned Jamboree
The West Alexandria Celebration Committee hosted its first Ole Fashioned Jamboree in 43 years, beginning Wednesday, April 26, and ending Saturday, April 29. The event hosted food vendors, a car show, a parade, rides and a ferris wheel. Food vendors for the event included Grein’s Sausage Grill, Shelby’s Sweet Shop, Kirby’s Candy Wagon, FattyDaddy’z and Frontline Coffee.
