The Eldorado United Methodist Church will have its Annual Thanksgiving Supper and Bazaar at 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 15. The menu includes turkey and dressing, ham loaf, chicken and noodles, mashed potatoes, green beans, corn, apple salad, cranberry salad, pies, cakes, hot rolls and drinks. The Bazaar table will have homemade food items and homemade craft items. The prices are $9 for adults, $5 for children and children younger than five are free. Sunday, Nov. 16, at 6:30 p.m.. at the First Southern Baptist Church in Camden, The Shepherd’s Staff Quartet will be singing and celebrating tenor Paul Morgan’s 60th Anniversary singing gospel music. This will also be his last concert as he retires from the group. The group that consists of Dwayne Lee, Doug Morgan, and Camden’s Pastor Greg Jackson will introduce their new tenor David Oglesby that night as well. Eaton United Methodist Church will be having a Fifty-Five Plus luncheon at noon on Nov. 6 at 120 N. Maple St. in Eaton. The meal will be chicken tenders, scalloped potatoes, salads and desserts. The speaker will be Gene Lindley who will give a presentation on World War II. Guests are welcome.
Awana Bible Club

Normandy United Methodist Women are organizing their Annual Holiday Bazaar Wednesday, Nov. 5, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will be handcrafted or homemade items available for Christmas giving or decorating. There will also be baked goods, country art, needlecraft, antiques, collectables, a flea market, Christmas decorations, candy and to-go chili.
