All the people listed as “arrested” or “charged” are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Wednesday, July 26, Englewood report 230001207: Daniel L. Knoepfle, 49, of Englewood, was charged with assault and transported to the county jail.

Union report 2300000288: An officer attempted to stop a vehicle because the driver was listed as having a suspended license. The driver fled at a high rate of speed east on W. Martindale Road in a residential area. The pursuit was abandoned. Austin D. Combs, 27, of Union, was charged with failure to comply with order or signal of police officer / elude or flee, driving under 12 point suspension, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and disregard of safety. Charges were forwarded to Vandalia Municipal Court.

Union report 23000000289: An officer spotted a subject that had fled police earlier and attempted to pull him over. The driver fled again committing several traffic offenses. Austin D. Combs, 27, of Union, was charged with driving under 12 point suspension, no operator’s license, disregard of safety, failure to comply, turn signal required and failure to stop at posted stop sign. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Thursday, July 27, Englewood report 230001209: Police responded to the area of 115 Denwood Trail on the report of a suspicious subject looking into vehicles. Joshua J. Pack, 41, of Medway, was arrested on a felony warrant issued by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and transported to the county jail. Officers found stolen property in Pack’s possession and returned the items to the victims.

Union report 23000000291: The theft of a delivery package was reported in the 100 block of S. Montgomery St.

Friday, July 28, Englewood report 230001217: Courtney E. Williams, 34, at large, was charged with disorderly conduct while voluntarily intoxicated at Walmart and transported to the county jail.

Union report 23000000296: A resident came to the police department to report damage to his vehicle that took place on June 4 when someone attempted to steal his vehicle. The victim provided photos of the steering column peeled open and the rear driver’s window broken.

Union report 23000000295: Alimete P. Malengela, 37, of Dayton 45406, was arrested on two warrants; one for failure to appear on a charge of driving under OVI suspension issued by Butler Township. He was taken into custody and turned over to a Butler Township officer.

Saturday, July 29, Englewood report 230001224: Alia Shalese Dinae Williams, 29, of Fairborn, was arrested on a warrant through Montgomery County for child neglect. She was transported to the county jail.

Sunday, July 30, Englewood report 230001227: Anthony R. Scott, 55, at large, was charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated at Meijer and transported to the county jail.

Monday, July 31, Englewood report 230001229: Joshua Randall, 19, of Trotwood, was charged with theft at Walmart, issued a court summons and released.

Englewood report 230001232: Jeremiah Luke-Armstrong, 34, of Columbus, was charged with receiving stolen property after police found him driving a vehicle reported as stolen out of Columbus. His DNA was collected, and he was transported to the county jail.

Wednesday, Aug. 2, Englewood report 230001246: Kyra N. Cupp, 41, of Trotwood, was charged with theft at Walmart and transported to the county jail.

Englewood report 230001248: Quinishat C. Peterson, 33, of Dayton 45417, was arrested on two warrants issued by Trotwood Police. She was transported to the county jail.
