NT MVCTC FFA holds job interview contest

NEW PARIS — On Tuesday, Oct. 22, the National Trail Miami Valley Career Technology Center (MVCTC) FFA Chapter held its annual job interview contest.

All 191 FFA members participated in a mock interview, whether it be their first year or their last year. There were a total of five divisions and twelve judges who volunteered their time for the entire day. Division one was for the freshman members, division two was for sophomores, division three was for juniors, division four was for the seniors, and division five was for all first year juniors and first year seniors.

The chapter recognized the top 10 individuals from each division with donuts.

The top ten from division one starting with tenth place are: Regan Weisgerber, Samantha Toms, Jacquelyn Arthur, Brodie Strawser, Hailey Henderson, Serenity Scruggs, Cayden Clark, Harley Henderson, Makinely Jarret, and first place Garland Weaver.

The top ten from division two starting with tenth place are: Paige Lee, Lily Bowerman, Kailah Spence, Emmalie Besecker, Jennie Mackie, Kindra Holloway, Alison Kimball, Wyatt House, Jenna Pettit, and first place Hannah Lee.

The top ten from division three starting with tenth place are: Clayton (Michael) Dunbar, Alyssa Zdobinski, Zachary Horn, Peyton Cole, Makenzie Adkins, Sara Norton, Paige Kowarsch, Daytona Hunter, Lilly-Jean Evans, and first place Kacy Osswald.

The top ten from division four starting with tenth place are: Austin Knapp, Kevin Christensen, Haley Koehl, Kelsey Holsapple, Kiara Carrell, Maverick Peck, Ricky Cole, Mark Armstrong, Makenna Jones, and first place Abigail Rodefer.

The top two from division five starting with second place are: George Ogles and first place Kayliegh Michael. The first place member in each division represented our chapter at the District Contest. Hannah Lee placed second in the district contest
