PREBLE COUNTY — Heavy rainfall Thursday, March 19 into Friday, March 20, led to flash flooding across the Miami Valley, with high and fast moving waters leading to evacuations and swift water rescue operations in some areas of the county. Several roadways were flooded. Nearly four inches of rain was recorded in some parts of Preble County.
