CAMDEN — The Preble Shawnee tennis team continues racking up the victories this season, beating Greeneview 5-0 on Tuesday, Sept. 6.
The Lady Arrows remain unbeaten with an overall 10-0 record, and a Southwestern Buckeye League Buckeye Division record of 4-0.
“Our girls really dominated tonight from top to bottom,” said Preble Shawnee coach Dave Hubbard. “Sidney Quillen was out due to illness, so Lauren Smith had to move up a spot to first doubles, and Emma Batsche made her varsity debut at second doubles playing in Lauren’s regular spot. Both girls did an awesome job and we really didn’t skip a beat. It was a quality effort from everyone today.”
The Lady Arrows were scheduled to play at Hamilton on Wednesday, Sept. 7. They will then host the Preble Shawnee Invitational against Edgewood, Eaton and Stivers on Saturday, Sept. 10, at 10 a.m.
