But we offer many other services. For your review, we are listing the services we have available. If you have a need, please call us. Basics of estate planning

Representatives from LCNB National Bank will be at the Preble County Senior Center, 800 East St. Clair Street, Eaton, on Friday, Aug. 14, at 10 a.m. to present information on the basics of estate planning. Many people think they don’t need estate planning because they think they don’t have an estate. With few exceptions, everyone has an estate. Don’t miss this important meeting on the basics of estate planning. RSVP by calling the Senior Center at 937-456-4947.

Parties and gatherings

The Grange (formerly The Gathering Place), 501 Nation Avenue, Eaton, is available for weddings, rehearsal dinners, receptions, graduation and birthday parties, family reunions, anniversaries, holiday parties, meetings, and more. The Grange features:

• Seating for 150

• Large nostalgic wood dance floor

• Raised stage for band or bridal party

• Kitchen facilities. Bring in your own caterer or let us recommend local favorites.

• Piano

• Paved parking lot with new sidewalks

The Grange is managed by the Preble County Council on Aging. Income from rentals helps support funding for senior services in Preble County.
