EATON — Art Lab: We are creating Sock Snowmen on Wednesday, Jan. 15, at 11:30 a.m. An instructor from the Preble County Visual Art Center will be at the senior activities center with all the materials we need and instruction. Cost is $5 per snowman. Pre-registration is a must by calling 937-456-4947.

Reflexology: Make an appointment and get your feet worked on to help relieve stress, improve blood supply and nerve impulses, and for general relaxation. She will be in our office on Jan. 16 and Feb. 20. Call and make your appointment, 937-456-4947, cost is $40 per session.

Bingo: Join us for Bingo on Tuesday, Jan. 14, and Friday, Jan. 17, both at 2 p.m. Thanks to Greenbriar and SKLD for sponsoring.

Presidential History Book Club: If you enjoy lively discussion, learning new perspectives, and making new friends, this group will be meeting on Thursday, Jan. 16 at 1 p.m. The book at this time is, The Last Founding Father: James Monroe and a Nation’s Call to Greatness by Harlow Unger.

Lunch with Jake: Jake Dailey is a volunteer with the U.S. Veterans Administration. “Lunch with Jake” is an opportunity for veterans to ask questions and get information about services available through the Veterans Administration while enjoying lunch in the Decade’s Diner at the Preble County Activities Center, located at 800 East St. Clair Street in Eaton. Jake also has a lot of knowledge about Preble County. In addition, Jake wants input about possible trips that would be of interest to men. He will also provide information about activities at the Senior Activities Center that would be of interest to men. “Lunch with Jake” will take place the 2nd and 4th Monday of every month, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

Winter Coats: We have winter coats (adult sizes) for anyone in need. Pick up a free coat at the Senior Activities Center, Monday through Friday 8 a.m.-4 p.m.

2020 Travel Presentation: Join us Feb. 18 at 1:30 p.m. for our annual PCCOA 2020 Travel Presentation. We will humorously share with you all the fantastic trips that we have planned for 2020! Light refreshments will be provided.

Branson, Missouri: We have a few spots open for this 5-day, 4-night fun, food, and music adventure through Branson, Missouri. $100 deposit due upon signing up. Call 937-456-4947 with your questions, and to sign up.

CATS: Audience and critics alike are rediscovering this beloved musical with breathtaking music, including one of the most treasured songs in musical theater. Join us on Saturday, May 30, as we travel to the Schuster Center in Dayton, lunch is included. $138 for members, $153 for non-members.

Hard Rock/ Jack Casino: Travel with us to Cincinnati in March for this adventure to the casino (which has poker). Cost from members is $35 and non-members is $50, call to register 937-456-4947.

Miami Valley Gaming: They have over 1900 gaming machines, including all your favorites and the latest titles too! This trip is Wednesday, Aug. 12, cost is $17 for members, and $32 for non-members.
