LEWISBURG — Building scarecrows has been a favorite Garber Nature Center event. With straw provided and sacks for faces, everyone is invited to bring old clothes to stuff on Saturday, Oct. 6, from 1-3 p.m. Children can also roll in a pile of straw and find hidden objects.

Families can take their scarecrow buddy home to sit in the garden or on the porch. No old clothes? Make a mini scarecrow with provided supplies. Scarecrows are are fun no matter what the size.

The Garber Nature Center is located at 9691 Ohio 503 North, Lewisburg. Meet in the outdoor pavilion.
