EATON — There’s still time to register for this year’s Whispering Christmas Jingle Jog 5K Family Fun Run/Walk through Fort St. Clair and ensure yourself some cool Jingle Jog swag.

This year’s Jingle Jog is set for Wednesday, Nov. 23. The race will begin at 5:30 p.m., in the Eaton High School Parking Lot, 600 Hillcrest Drive in Eaton.

Early packet pick-up will be Tuesday, Nov. 22, from 6-8 p.m., at the Eaton Youth Center, 306 Seven Mile Drive. (Timing tag will be picked up the day of the race.) Check-in/packet pick-up on race day will begin at 4:15 p.m. at the Eaton High School Wellness Center.

Registration is $25 and includes Jingle Jog race swag if registered by next Wednesday, Oct. 26. (Swag is not guaranteed if registered after Oct. 26.) Jingle Jog race swag this year includes ear warmers and scarves, and a flashlight. Ear warmers sponsored by Henny Penny and flashlights are courtesy Reid Health.

Onsite registration is payable by check only, to the City of Eaton, with “Whispering Christmas” in the memo line.

Ohio weather is unpredictable. The Jingle Jog will continue in rain, sleet, or snow. All fees are non-refundable. Participants are asked to dress accordingly.
