LEWISBURG — On Thursday, Sept. 8, Tri-County North took on the Bradford Railroaders and came out with their first victory after rallying from a two sets to one deficit.
It took five sets, but the Panthers came away with a 25-15, 21-25, 20-25, 25-23, 15-10 win.
Saturday, Sept. 10, the Panthers were back in action at Carlisle. North was riding high from their earlier victory and the streak continued, this time winning in straight sets 25-22, 25-22, 25-23.
But on Tuesday, Sept. 13, at home, TCN faced Arcanum. The Panthers played hard, rallying back each set, but weren’t able to gain a win, this time falling in straight sets, 25-9, 25-21, 25-23.
Megan Poling set a new school single-game record with 47 digs in the Arcanum match.
Tri-County North will next play on Saturday, Sept. 17, at Dixie.
