CAMDEN — During a Thursday, Dec. 16, Preble Shawnee Board of Education meeting, members honored outgoing board member Charlie Biggs by recognizing him for his 18 years of service. A 1965 graduate of Preble Shawnee, Biggs first served on the PSBOE in 2014.
