City of Eaton Parks and Recreation hosted its first-ever Dive-In Movie Night on Saturday, July 8, and despite stormy weather which threatened early in the day, and an early closure due to lightening, the event at Main Street Aquatic Center was a splashing success, according to organizers. Children and families could enjoy a dance party in foam produced by the foam cannon, have fun with the dunk tank, or simply swim while they waited for the night’s special feature, Finding Nemo. Eaton Parks and Rec hopes to make events like the Dive-In Movie a regular activity for residents to enjoy.
