The following information has been provided by area police departments. The information listed in this column is considered public record and is available to anyone seeking information concerning what is provided below.

For purposes of this column, the term “arrested” or “charged” does not necessarily mean the person was taken into physical custody. It could also indicate that a summons was issued to the subject in lieu of physical custody.

All the people listed as “arrested” or “charged” are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Saturday, Sept. 23, Englewood 230001556: Lacharleston Pruitt, 44, of Trotwood, was arrested on a warrant out of Trotwood and turned over to a Trotwood officer.

Monday, Sept. 25, Englewood 230001565: Donovan L. Voage, 38, at large, was charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated and transported to the county jail.

Tuesday, Sept. 26, Englewood 230001571: The Law Enforcement Intelligence Database notified officers that a stolen U-Haul vehicle was traveling northbound on Main Street at Rockridge Road. A traffic stop was conducted. Christopher D. Pressley, 44, of Dayton 45414, was arrested on a warrant out of Preble County and receiving stolen property. He was transported to the county jail.

Wednesday, Sept. 27, Englewood 230001580: Zeiahna Allen, 21, of Middletown, was charged with theft at Meijer and was arrested on two warrants – one out of Kettering and a second out of Middletown. She was transported to the county jail.

Sunday, Oct. 1, Englewood 230001607: Dustin A.N. Phillips, 33, of Dayton 45417, was arrested on a warrant out of Moraine and transported to the county jail.

Englewood 230001608: Robert D. Yuill, 52, of Dayton 45406, was charged with theft at Walmart and transported to the county jail.

Wednesday, Oct. 4, Englewood 230001629: Lacole D. Hall, 29, of Dayton 45406, was charged with theft at Meijer and arrested on a warrant out of Dayton for failure to appear on a traffic charge. She was transported to the county jail.

Saturday, Oct. 7, Englewood 230001641: Magnum W. Lewis, 34, of Dayton 45403, was charged with operating a vehicle intoxicated and having a weapons while intoxicated. A passenger, Nicholas A. Brown, 22, of Englewood, was charged with having weapons while intoxicated. Both were issued a court summons and released to a sober driver.

Friday, Nov. 3, Union 23000000462: Jordan T. Harris, 31, was charged with operating a vehicle intoxicated, operating a motorized vehicle with a blood alcohol content great than .08 percent, plate belonging to another vehicle, marked lanes, resisting arrest, possession of marijuana, and open container. Harris was transported to the county jail.

Saturday, Nov. 4, Union 23000000463: Jamal J. Staggers, 34, of Union, was charged with driving under non-compliance suspension and was arrested on a warrant issued by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for driving under two counts of driving under non-compliance suspension. Staggers was transported to the county jail.

Sunday, Nov. 5, Union 23000000464: Dakwan D. Hughes, 22, of Dayton 45416, was arrested on an active warrant issued by Dayton Police and transported to the county jail.

Union 23000000465: The theft of $1,650 worth of beauty items was reported at CVS. Surveillance cameras recorded the theft. A copy of the footage will be provided to police. The manager stated that most of the Columbus area CVS stores have had similar crimes take place over the last several months.

Tuesday, Nov. 7, Union 23000000467: Joshua P. Kmetty, 35, of Union, was arrested on a Union warrant for failure to appear with probation on an original charge of operating a vehicle intoxicated. Kmetty was transported to the county jail.
