The following information has been provided by area police departments. The information listed in this column is considered public record and is available to anyone seeking information concerning what is provided below.

For purposes of this column, the term “arrested” or “charged” does not necessarily mean the person was taken into physical custody. It could also indicate that a summons was issued to the subject in lieu of physical custody.

All the people listed as “arrested” or “charged” are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Friday, Nov. 3, Clayton 230001306: Cherron A. Caldwell, 25, of Clayton 45415, was charged with driving under a 12 point suspension and was arrested on a warrant out of Trotwood. She was transported to the county jail.

Tuesday, Nov. 7, Clayton 230001317: Police responded to Everybody Fitness on a disorderly subject. A male employee had been terminated the day before and was refusing the leave. Police trespassed the male from the property and told him if he returns, he can be charged and arrested.

Wednesday, Nov. 8, Clayton 230001320: Slyvon L. Cook, 35, of Dayton 45406, was charged with operating a vehicle intoxicated, marked lanes, and no operator’s license. Further charges for possession of drugs are pending a lab analysis. Cook was transported to the county jail.

Clayton 230001321: A portion of the white fence around the women’s restroom at Westbrook Park was damaged by an unknown subject.

Tuesday, Nov. 14, Clayton 230001350: Kimberly House, 37, of Englewood, was charged with failure to show registration for her dog and tags required. She was also given a warning for having a dog at large.

Friday, Nov. 17, Clayton 230001357: A subject came to post to report identity fraud. Her cousin used her identity during a traffic stop and when the victim tried to renew her license she discovered a warrant block had been placed on her record for speeding. An officer contacted the courts and was able to removed the warrant block. The victim stated that she wanted to press charges against her cousin.

Clayton 230001359: A trailer containing numerous tools was stolen from the Hunter’s Path subdivision currently under construction. Total loss was set at $12,000.

Sunday, Nov. 19, 230001364: The rear passenger side tire on a vehicle parked in the 200 block of Prospect Ave. was slashed. The victim believes his ex-girlfriend damaged the tire.

Clayton 230001365: Breaking and entering to a home was reported in the 8100 block of Inwood Ave. Nothing appeared to be missing from the home.

Clayton 230001366: Anthony W. Couch, 34, of Englewood, was arrested on two warrant, one out of Warren County and one out of Logan County. He was also charged for failing to stop at a stop sign. Couch was transported to the county jail.

Monday, Nov. 20, Clayton 230001367: Unknown subjects broke into a construction trailer on Springview Lane and removed a leaf blower, chainsaw, and various hand tools.

Clayton 230001368: The theft of more than $100,000 cash from a safe and items valued at more than $20,000 was reported at a home on Portrait Drive. The victim reported hiring a company to clean his house twice a month whether he was home or not and afterward started noticing items missing. He did not report the missing items but contacted police when he discovered that all of the cash he had saved had been stolen.

Clayton 230001369: Kenneth A. Johnson, 62, of Clayton 45415, was charged with having physical control of a motor vehicle while intoxicated. He was issued a court summons and released to medics which transported him to the hospital for evaluation.
