The following information has been provided by area police departments. The information listed in this column is considered public record and is available to anyone seeking information concerning what is provided below.

For purposes of this column, the term “arrested” or “charged” does not necessarily mean the person was taken into physical custody. It could also indicate that a summons was issued to the subject in lieu of physical custody.

All the people listed as “arrested” or “charged” are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Friday, Nov. 10, Brookville 2300481: Roy E. Endicott, 31, of Fairborn, was charged with rear plate light required and possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia. He was released with a court summons.

Sunday, Nov. 12, Brookville 2300483: Police responded to a crash involving two vehicles at Arlington and Triggs roads. Trinity A. Crum, 18, of Dayton 45439, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device. She was transported to the hospital for evaluation along with the driver of the other vehicle.

Monday, Nov. 13, Brookville 2300485: A vehicle was towed from Hatmakers Auto to Copart Auto Auctions in Moraine without the owner’s consent.

Tuesday, Nov. 14, Brookville 2300486: Brian M. Poynter, 30, of Brookville, was charged with driving under financial responsibility act suspension and headlights required. He was issued a court summons. The vehicle was impounded.

Wednesday, Nov. 15, Brookville 2300487: A resident reported that his computer had possibly been hacked after he discovered the passwords for his online bank account and investment account had been changed without his knowledge. He froze all of his accounts and took the computer to a company to be checked for hacking.

Brookville 2300490: Austin M. Helser, 27, of Brookville, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and was arrested on a warrant out of Butler County for failure to appear on a charge of non-support. Helser was transported to Franklin and turned over to a Butler County Sheriff’s deputy.

Thursday, Nov. 16, Brookville 2300491: Rubin L. Dixon, 35, of Dayton 45417, was charged with possession of marijuana and released with a court summons.

Friday, Nov. 17, Brookville 2300492: Jason W. Kuhns, 42, of Clayton, was charged with failure to maintain reasonable control after side swiping a parked vehicle. He was issued a court summons.

Saturday, Nov. 18, Brookville 2300493: A man rode a 26 inch Pacific Elite SX mountain bike to Speedway south and several minutes later a car pulled up and he got in and left the bike behind.

Sunday, Nov. 19, Brookville 2300494: Isaiah J. Willis, 26, of Dayton 45414, was charged with possession of marijuana, driving without a valid license and seatbelt required. He was released with a court summons.

Brookville 2300495: Bradyn L. McCormick, 21, of Brookville, was charged with driving under suspension, failure to signal, and possession of marijuana. He was issued a court summons and released.

Monday, Nov. 20, Brookville 2300496: Biatriz M. Pena, 42, of Dayton 45403, was charged with speeding and driving without a valid license. She was issued a court summons. Pena and her passengers were provided a courtesy ride to Waffle House after her vehicle was impounded.

Tuesday, Nov. 21, Clayton 230001370: A Clayton resident called the Montgomery County Regional Dispatch Center to report that his vehicle had been stolen. Huber Heights Police put out a BOLO (be on the lookout) for the same resident for allegedly being involved in a hit and skip accident where he fired multiple shots at another vehicle before fleeing the scene. A Clayton officer contacted the resident and told him he needed to come to the police department to file a stolen vehicle report. The officer then notified Huber Heights that the resident was on his way to file a stolen vehicle report. When the resident arrived, he was placed in handcuffs until Huber Heights Police arrived. Huber Heights stated they had a warrant for the resident’s arrest. The victims were able to identify the resident as the driver that shot at them.

Thursday, Nov. 23, Brookville 2300500: Robin S. Caldwell, 50, of Brookville, was charged with a stop light violation following a crash at Arlington and Triggs roads and issued a court summons.

Friday, Nov. 24, Brookville 2300501: James E. Fugate, Jr., 37, of Brookville, was charged with operating a vehicle intoxicated and improper backing following a traffic crash on Western Avenue. He was transported to the county jail.
