EATON — A Preble County grand jury issued the following indictments during its Monday, Dec. 4, session:

Corey Allen Smith, 22 N. Main Street, West Alexandria, aggravated possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia; Robert D. Downing, 5021 W. U.S. 40, New Paris, possession of cocaine, aggravated possession of drugs, tampering with evidence, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a specified governmental facility.

Also: Dale Leo Eugene Caldwell, 815 N. 16th Street Richmond, Indiana, aggravated possession of drugs, aggravated trafficking in drugs, possession of heroin, trafficking in heroin, having weapons while under disability and falsification; James Ray Davis, 206 S. Washington St., New Paris, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a specified governmental facility, receiving stolen property, having weapons while under disability, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia & possessing drug abuse instruments.
