All the people listed as “arrested” or “charged” are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Monday, Oct. 23, Englewood 230001759: Corey T. White, 43, of Brookville, was arrested on multiple warrants out of Clay Township and transported to the county jail.

Wednesday, Oct. 25, Englewood 230001764: Officers were alerted by the law enforcement database that a stolen 2019 Kia Forte had entered the Walmart parking lot. Officers saw two girls near the entrance that appeared nervous. Miayianna K. Gomez, 19, of Trotwood, was charged with receiving stolen property (motor vehicle), tampering with evidence and possession of marijuana. She was transported to the county jail. A 15-year-old female of Dayton 45405, was booked for receiving stolen property (no charge), tampering with evidence (no charge), obstruction, possession of marijuana and was found to have three active warrants. The 15-year-old banged her head repeatedly in the back glass in the police cruiser and began kicking it, threatened officers, tampered with a rear seat cruiser camera, and attempted to break it off, and tried to break her handcuffs. She bragged that her boyfriend would steal her another Kia, and that she would steal a police cruiser when she gets out of jail because she said she wouldn’t be charged since she was a juvenile. She was booked into the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center.

Thursday, Oct. 26, Englewood 230001769: Sydney A. May, 27, of Englewood, was charged with operating a vehicle intoxicated after a hit and skip accident at the intersection of Beckenham and National roads. She was transported to the county jail.

Sunday, Oct. 29, Englewood 230001778: Darion D.L. Lindsey, 27, of Dayton 45417, was arrested on a warrant out of Miamisburg and transported to the county jail.

Englewood 230001784: Larry Foster, 63, at large, was charged with trespassing at Walmart and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the county jail.

Wednesday, Nov. 1, Union 23000000461: The theft of five mattresses valued at $16,695 from an unlocked box truck was reported at Mattress Firm on Jackson Road.

Sunday, Nov. 5, Englewood 230001831: Ashley K. Vanchure, 29, of Troy, was charged with operating a vehicle intoxicated and operating a vehicle intoxicated with a blood alcohol content greater than .17 percent of one gram. She registered at 0.190 percent on a breath intoxilyzer test. She was issued a court summons and released to a friend.

Englewood 230001834: Jeffrey W. Dunaway, 43, of Union, was charged with operating a vehicle intoxicated after being found slumped over the wheel of a running vehicle on National Road near State Route 48 by a Clayton officer at 4:30 a.m. He was issued a court summons and released to a friend.

Englewood 230001836: Police responded to a fight in progress at Walmart. Cedric D. L. H. Payton, Jr., 20, of Dayton 45405, was charged with assault and Jamona’e A. Foster-Jones, 21, of Dayton 45406, was arrested on a warrant out of Dayton. Both subjects were transported to the county jail.

Englewood 230001837: A 16-year-old female was charged with being unruly and transported to the county juvenile detention center.

Monday, Dec. 4, Union 23000000493: Nathan T. Williams, 26, of West Milton, was arrested on a warrant out of Miami County Municipal Court for driving under suspension and transported to the Miami County Jail.

Tuesday, Dec. 5, Union 23000000496: Markese A. Lawrence, 28, of Dayton 45402, was arrested on two warrants out of Union; one for failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, the second warrant for fleeing and eluding. Lawrence was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
