The following information has been provided by area police departments. The information listed in this column is considered public record and is available to anyone seeking information concerning what is provided below.

For purposes of this column, the term “arrested” or “charged” does not necessarily mean the person was taken into physical custody. It could also indicate that a summons was issued to the subject in lieu of physical custody.

All the people listed as “arrested” or “charged” are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Wednesday, Nov. 29, Englewood 230001971: Keyonna N. Watson, 23, of Dayton 45402, was charged with assault and criminal damaging while Keisha L. McCray, 22, of Dayton 45405, was charged with assault and criminal damaging and was arrested on a warrant out of Hubber Heights. Watson and McCray were transported to the county jail.

Thursday, Nov. 30, Englewood 230001974: Amber Johnson, 41, of Dayton 45420, was charged with theft at Meijer and transported to the county jail.

Friday, Dec. 1, Englewood 230001981: Dajuante T. Scurlock, 23, of Englewood, was arrested on a felony warrant for a probation violation issued by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and transported to the county jail.

Saturday, Dec. 2, Englewood 230001985: Kyle R. Leonard, 30, of Lewisburg, was arrested on an active felony warrant issued by the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections when he was spotted driving a listed stolen vehicle out of Clark County. Leonard was transported to the county jail.

Sunday, Dec. 3, Englewood 230001983: Dessi L.N. Moore, 34, of Germantown, was charged with having physical control of a motor vehicle while intoxicated and open container. She was issued a court summons and released to her mother.

Tuesday, Dec. 5, Englewood 230001991: Michael D. Weber, 42, of Dayton 45405, was charged with theft at Meijer and transported to the county jail.

Thursday, Dec. 7, Englewood 230002001: Larry Foster, 63, at large, was charged with criminal trespassing at Walmart and transported to the county jail.

Englewood 230002004: Glenn D. Johnson, 43, of Brookville, was arrested by Brookville Police on an Englewood warrant. Johnson was turned over to an Englewood officer and transported to the county jail. Jail staff found an unknown rock like substance in Johnson’s pocket. The substance was given to an Englewood officer which will send it to the crime lab to be tested.

Monday, Jan. 1, Brookville 2400001: A resident of Church Street had a surveillance camera record a known subject near her vehicle at approximately 1:30 a.m. A 14-year-old male was issued a criminal trespass warning and told not to return and verbally warned for a curfew violation.

Brookville 2400002: Billy L. Bullard, 59, of Pacific, Mo., was charged with failure to maintain reasonable control after striking a cable box and utility pole with his semi in the 400 block of N. Wolf Creek St. He was issued a court summons and released.

Clayton 230000001: Pawan Kumar, 73, of Clayton 45415, was arrested on felony warrant for theft issued by Middletown Police. Kumar was transported to Austin Landing and turned over to a Middletown officer.

Tuesday, Jan. 2, Brookville 2400003: A male subject was trespassed from a residence in the 500 block of Hay Ave.

Brookville 2400004: Dorien B. Wood, 38, of Middletown, was arrested by Middletown Police on a Brookville warrant for domestic violence. Wood was turned over to a Brookville officer and transported to the county jail.

Brookville 2400005: Todd N. Osborne, 42, of New Lebanon, was arrested on two warrants; one out of Jakson Township for failure to appear for driving under suspension and one issued by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for contempt of court. Osborne was turned over to a Jackson Township officer and transported to the county jail.

Wednesday, Jan. 3, Brookville 2300006: An unknown vehicle with dual wheels ran over and dislodged a fire hydrant from its mount in the 300 block of Albert Road.
