All the people listed as “arrested” or “charged” are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Friday, Jan. 12, Englewood 240000059: Maleaka L. Stutz, 18, of Dayton 45406, was charged with theft at Meijer. She was issued a court summons and released. A 17-year-old female was also charged with theft. Charges were forwarded to juvenile court.

Englewood 240000068: A 16-year-old female was charged with being unruly on E. Wenger Road. Charges were forwarded to juvenile court.

Saturday, Jan. 13, Englewood 240000072: Barton H. Rutherford, 64, at large, was charged with theft and possession of drug paraphernalia at Meijer and was transported to jail.

Englewood 240000073: Lori E. Wyrick, 59, of Union, was charged with theft at Walmart. A warrant was requested for her arrest.

Sunday, Jan. 14, Englewood 240000074: Emil Dante Blaize Wilson, 23, of Dayton 45405, was arrested on a warrant out of the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and transported to jail.

Monday, Jan. 15, Englewood 240000080: Keyana D. Polk, 23, of Dayton 45406, was charged with theft at Meijer and possession of drug paraphernalia and was arrested on a warrant out of Huber Heights. She was transported to jail.

Tuesday, Jan. 16, Englewood 240000084: Taylaquin D. Brown, 19, of Dayton 45406, was charged with theft at Walmart and transported to jail.

Englewood 240000085: a 17-year-old female and a 16-year-old female were each charged with theft at Meijer. Charges were forwarded to juvenile court.

Englewood 240000086: A 13-year-old female was charged with being unruly and resisting arrest and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center.

Wednesday, Jan. 17, Englewood 240000095: John D. Milnes, 56, of Englewood, was arrested on a warrant and transported to jail.

Thursday, Jan. 18, Englewood 240000098: Matthew D. Kirkpatrick, 20, of Dayton 45402, was charged with theft at Meijer, issued a court summons and released.

Friday, Jan. 19, Englewood 240000104: Amanda Martin, 46, of Dayton 45414, was charged with theft at Meijer and was arrested on a felony warrant. She was taken to jail.
