EATON — Anytime Fitness celebrated the grand opening of its new location with a Preble County Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, April 24.

The 24-hour gym is now located at 1220 Barron Street in Eaton.

According to co-owner Blake Holland, Anytime Fitness moved to the new location a month ago, after being at its previous location for five years.

“We thought it would be in the best interest of our members and the future of our business to move to a better location. I think this is the busiest intersection in town, so we were fortunate enough to find this spot. Our old spot was off the beaten path and that effected our business a little bit. Since we’ve moved, the walk in traffic has been great and overall the reception of the new gym has been awesome,” Holland said.

“Business has been booming. The current members are much happier with the new space; just the design and layout of the space is great. The new members coming in love it. The location is great, but just the design of the facility too. Anytime Fitness Incorporated does a great job providing us with these awesome designs and it just came together really well.

“Compared to other gyms who are competitors, we are the gym you come to when you really want to experience progress. We deeply care about our members. Myself and my staff are all very passionate about what we do. We love coming to work every day knowing we get to change someone’s life.”

In addition to the ribbon cutting ceremony, Ohio Representative J. Todd Smith presented Holland with a commendation from the Ohio House of Representatives.
