DAYTON — The Premier Community Health Mobile Clinic will soon be visiting Eaton, Gratis, Lewisburg, and West Elkton to provide those communities with free, convenient access to valuable health screenings. Free services offered by Premier Community Health’s Mobile Clinic include fingerstick tests for total cholesterol, HDL, blood glucose, A1c, and blood pressure.
The following dates are available:
Saturday, June 16: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., Lewisburg Community Center
Saturday, June 23: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m., West Elkton Intermediate School
Saturday, June 30: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m., Gratis Fire Department
Monday, August 6: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m., Preble County District Library
Health screenings provided by the Mobile Clinic are free; however, appointments are required. Appointments can be made by calling 1-866-608-3463.
