PREBLE COUNTY — LCNB National Bank announced on Tuesday, April 7, two branches will be temporarily closed out of caution for the well being of both employees and clients. No diagnoses of COVID-19 among visitors or staff have occurred to cause these closures. One of those closed is in Eaton.

The Barron Street branch located at 1697 N. Barron St. in Eaton is temporarily closed as of Tuesday, April 7. This is being done out of caution due to the unique nature of this branch, which shares its structure with a busy retail establishment. The branch had previously been servicing clients solely through the drive-through and ATM. The ATM will remain open, despite the temporary closure of the lobby and drive-through lanes.

Clients who regularly visit the Barron Street office are encouraged to visit the LCNB branch two miles south at 110 W. Main Street in Eaton. The Main Street branch is serving clients via the drive-through window and by appointment in the branch lobby. Appointments can be scheduled by calling 800-344-2265.

All other Preble County branches remain open, serving clients through the drive-through, and in lobbies by appointment.

In addition, LCNB’s office located at the Otterbein Senior Life Community in Lebanon was also closed as of Tuesday, April 7 out of concern for the health of the residential population. Service hours at this branch had been reduced at the outset of the COVID-19 crisis. The ATM at the branch remains in service. Safe deposit box access and other limited services are available by appointment.

The dates for re-opening of both facilities will be determined at a later date. LCNB is working to continue serving clients through the COVID-19 crisis, while considering the health and safety of both staff and customers as its highest priority.

LCNB National Bank is also providing assistance to customers who have been financially impacted by COVID-19. Information about deferring loan payments, obtaining low-interest loans from LCNB, or accessing government programs is available on LCNB’s website at www.lcnb.com/safety-and-service.
