EATON — A new dance and performing arts academy will be opening this fall in Preble County.

The Envision Performance Academy will be holding classes at the Star Theater at Eagles Point located in Eaton.

Classes will be held Monday through Wednesday from 3-9 p.m. There will be a variety of classes to choose from including tap, ballet, jazz, hip hop, competition dance team and adult classes, according to organizers. Classes will be for students aged 3 years to adult. EPA will also host four- and six-week courses in adult ballroom, hula, musical theater, and more in the future.

EPA will be hosting an open house on Wednesday, June 29, from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at the Star Theater, where interested families and student’s can tour the facility, and register for classes. Classes will begin the week of Sept. 6.

There will also be a recital held in June of 2023.
