Northmont DECA qualifies 10 to ICDC in April

COLUMBUS — Northmont DECA members competed at the 79th annual Ohio DECA Career Development Conference in Columbus on March 10 -11 against the best that Ohio has to offer.

While in Columbus 20 of the members were finalists and 10 students qualified to attend the International Career Development Conference in Orlando, Florida in April.

“I was extremely happy with the results from the weekend,” said Eric Wagner, DECA advisor. “All the students have put a lot of time and effort into it. It is great to see hard work pay off and I am very excited about taking that number of students to the International Conference. I am anxious to see what happens at the next level.”
