OXFORD — On Feb. 18 Northmont swimmers Jerrin Dale, Javier Pfeiler, Tyler Gaffin, and Lukas Rieben traveled to Miami University for the district swim meet.

The boys had incredible swims and ended their season with a bang.

They started the morning off with the 200 Medley Relay. The boys placed 17th overall in the district with a best time of 1:47.76.

Jerrin Dale had a quick turn around with the 200 Free and set a personal best time of 1:52.71 to place 31st.

Javier Pfeiler was up next with the 50 Free with a time of 23.88, placing 33rd. He also placed 33rd in 100 Free with a time of 52.90.

Tyler Gaffin placed 33rd in the 500 Free with a best time of 5:47.65.

Jerrin Dale finished up the individual events for the T’bolts with the 100 Breast placing 23rd with a time of 1:03.13.

The Thunderbolts finished the meet with the 400 Free Relay. They had an exciting race finishing 20th overall with their best time of the season going 3:33.76.

“We are so proud of these four boys,” said coach Delaney Schreiber. “They have worked hard all season and did an amazing job representing Northmont by swimming fast at the district swim meet.”
