EATON — Preble County voters are reminded the deadline to request an absentee ballot is Tuesday, April 25, for the May 2, special election.

Election Day voting hours will be 6:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m.

Not all Preble County locations will have a ballot to vote. With only six issues on the ballot, none of them countywide, there will only be eight polling locations open.

Polling locations open for the May Special Election will be located at: Visitation Church, Eaton United Church of Christ, Eaton First Church of God (no Washington Township ballot) and Eaton First Church of the Nazarene; Twin Valley Community Local School District (Village of West Alexandria issue only,) Lakengren Water Authority, Lakengren Marina, and West Elkton Church of Christ (Edgewood School issue only.)
