EATON — A Preble County grand jury issued the following indictments during its Monday, April 3, session:

Holly A. Tatum, 332 Deer Run Cove, Camden, petty theft, possessing drug abuse instruments, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and aggravated possession of drugs; Beau Ashley Tigner, 515 E. Washington St., Coleman, Michigan, aggravated possession of drugs, aggravated possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia; Paul Douglas Barnett, 73 Quaker Trace Road, West Alexandria, aggravated possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Also: Hope N. Hurd, 3536 Spacht Road, Lot 6, Eaton, domestic violence; Nicholas A. Kountz, 183 North Second Street, Camden, grand theft of a motor vehicle and unauthorized use of a vehicle; Dustin Andrew Hall, 5032 College Corner Pike, Oxford; receiving stolen property and falsification; Mathew P. Mason, 11749 Ohio 177 Camden, cruelty to companion animals, cruelty to companion animals, destruction to animals, failure to keep dog under control, failure to require dog to wear tag and falsification.
