EATON — A project to replace a culvert on Ohio 122 in Washington Township is scheduled to begin this month, requiring a 30-day closure of the route beginning later this month.

On Friday, April 28, contractors for the Ohio Department of Transportation will close Ohio 122 between Cassel Road and Winters Road to replace a culvert at the 7.24-mile marker.

During closure, traffic will be detoured via Ohio 122, U.S. 127 and Ohio 732, and the route will be open to traffic by Friday, May 26.

BCC Ohio Inc. was awarded a contract in the amount of $475,976 to complete the project.
