Superintendent Jeff Parker reported on the Eaton Joint Boosters Music Festival and Craft Show held on Saturday, Dec. 2.

“I don’t know how many of you were able to make it at any point in time during the day. But the Booster Craft Show, that’s one of my favorite days. I can tell you everybody’s happy. It’s really neat seeing all of the hard work that our music teachers and our band teachers do to present that and the talent really is pretty good. Just an outstanding job, and the boosters, both the music and athletic boosters do a great job and the craft show is up to now three gyms being filled. So if you get a chance next year, it’s always the first Saturday in December if you get a chance to pop out there.”

The board scheduled its annual organizational meeting for Monday, Jan. 8, at 6 p.m. Hollingsworth-East Elementary School, with the regular January meeting to follow. Board members also elected Lisa Noble as president pro tempore and Eric Beeghly as vice president pro tempore.
