All the people listed as “arrested” or “charged” are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Monday, Jan. 22, Brookville 2400015: Telecommunications harassment was reported on Pleasant Court.

Tuesday, Jan. 23, Brookville 2400018: A male subject was trespassed from ODW Logistics after being terminated as the result of failing a drug test.

Brookville 2400019: Dyron L. White Cochran, 20, of Kettering, was charged with expired registration. His vehicle was impounded.

Brookville 2400020: Police responded to a fraud complaint in the 100 block of Beechwood. The resident advised someone claiming to be with Spectrum called her asking for her account information. An officer told the resident to only share account information with Spectrum if she calls the phone number listed on her bill.

Brookville 2400022: Telecommunications harassment and aggravated menacing was investigated at the Brookville Inn.

Thursday, Jan. 25, Brookville 2400023: A Schwinn bicycle found abandoned at the end of Karrland Drive near the creek was placed in the police property room until someone claims it.

Clayton 240000089: A male subject was trespassed from Casey’s General Store. The male was given a ride to his home and told to call for a peace officer when he plans to pick up his vehicle from the parking lot of the business. If was warned not to return or he would face arrest.
