EATON – Henny Penny, designers and manufacturers of premium foodservice cooking, holding and display equipment, is making two significant changes to its organizational structure.

Two new business units have formed with new leaders, one focused externally and globally on the customer experience and the other internally on innovating products and services.

Steve Maggard, previously vice president global sales, is now senior vice president of global customer experience. Maggard will now oversee all external customer relations worldwide, strategic accounts, parts and supplies, technical and customer service divisions, logistics and credit. Three of Maggard’s direct reports will also receive promotions:

• Chris Trout is now vice president of sales and business development,

• Ryan Kutter is now vice president of strategic accounts and support, and

• Pierre Guilleminot is now vice president of international sales.

Jeff Kincer, previously vice president of manufacturing and engineering, is now senior vice president of innovation and operations. Kincer will continue to oversee all internal operations including manufacturing, product development, innovation, engineering, quality control and supply chain management.

“These changes will not only bring us greater focus but will better align us to our strategic plan,” said Rob Connelly, president and CEO of Henny Penny. “Steve and Jeff have been integral leaders within our organization and I couldn’t be more excited of what these new elevated roles will bring for them and to our customers and our organization as a whole.”
