Tri-County North routs Greenon 13-6

ENON — Freshmen pitchers Gabe Heltsley and Grayson Woodworth helped lead Tri-County North to a 13-6 victory Saturday over Greenon.

Woodworth pitched four innings, scattered three hits, allowed two runs (one earned) with three walks and two strike outs. Heltsley pitched three innings, allowed four hits, four runs (two earned) with no walks and three strike outs.

Freshman Peyton Fannin led the offense with two hits in four at bats including a double with two RBIs and one run. Zach Jean went two for two with a double, two runs, a stolen base, and one RBI. Colten Vanwinkle went two for five with a double, a stolen base, two runs and one RBI.

Braylen Keener went one for five with a stolen base and scored twice. Carter Lake went one for five with a stolen base, one run and one RBI. Parker Overcash drew a pair of walks, drove in two runs, and scored twice.

Ryan Shively drew three walks, drove in two runs, and scored a run. Garner Parlett drove in a run with a sacrifice fly, drew four walks and scored twice.

With the win the Panthers improved to 6-5 overall.
