Downtown Eaton thanks Adopt-a-Pot sponsors
EATON — Annually, Downtown Eaton Inc. holds its Adopt-A-Pot fundraiser, one of the group’s beautification efforts, to help bring the large flowerpots to historic downtown Eaton. The pots, created by Crystal Creek Gardens in Eaton, were placed prior to Memorial Day with the help of Eaton Public Maintenance crews.

Project LIFE visits Rotary
EATON — Project LIFE is more than a typical transition-to-work program. This comprehensive program combines classroom and life skill education with authentic work experiences to prepare students with disabilities for their futures. Students visited the Eaton Rotary Club on Monday May 13th and talked about the challenges they have faced as well as the incredible lessons they have learned since being in the program.
Blood drives set for June 13, 15
EATON & NEW PARIS — Community members can help boost the summer blood supply by donating at the Eaton Community Church community blood drive Thursday, June 13, from noon to 6 p.m. at the church located at 813 Camden Road, or at the Wallace Family community blood drive Saturday, June 15, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Natural Springs Resort, 500 South Washington St., New Paris.
