EATON — The City of Eaton was presented with an Auditor of State Award during the Monday, April 15, city council meeting.

COLUMBUS — The Ohio Department of Commerce Division of State Fire Marshal and Ohio Department of Public Safety Division of EMS will honor Eaton siblings Drake and Andrew Carrell with its Citizen Award at the 43rd annual Ohio Fire Service Hall of Fame & Fire Awards this Wednesday, April 24.

Eclipse-watching events held across region
PREBLE COUNTY — At press time, Monday, April 8, all eyes turned to the sky during watch parties for the total solar eclipse. Parks in several communities were the sites for events and activities allowing residents and visitors alike to gather, enjoy a fun afternoon, and watch the celestial event which won’t be seen in Ohio again until 2099.
