CLAYTON — Chuck Harlow, who coached at Dixie for three years (36-35), Northmont for 34 years (714-300-2), and Brookville for two full seasons (29-29), was honored Saturday at the 1st annual Chuck Harlow game between Brookville and Northmont.

VANDALIA — Northmont took an early lead Monday against Butler in the opening round of the Division I, Southwest III sectional tournament before the Lady Aviators put the game away with a big fifth inning.

Twin Valley South won its third game of the season and earned its second straight victory by defeating Bradford 7-6 on Thursday.

DAYTON — The Brookville boys track team placed 5th out of 19 teams while the girls team was 14th Saturday at the Roosevelt Memorial track invitational.
